FCH Incentives Program Overview
Total student population: 400-500 “at-risk” students grades 9-12, drawn from approximately 7345 9th -12th graders (roughly 6%) attending all 12 secondary schools of the Boise District.
Students who are “at-risk” are those persons whose academic performance, school attendance, classroom behavior, or personal circumstances are such that in order to benefit from an educational program, special instructional programs and services are required.
